The Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Transport,
Infrastructure and Communities and Minister of the Economic Development Agency
of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, announced that the recreation organization
Les Loisires de Desbiens Inc. received financial assistance from the Government
of Canada.
Les Loisires de Desbiens Inc. will use the financial
assistance from the Government of Canada to restore the municipal community
hall.
“By supporting
Desbiens’ community hall renovation project, our government is delivering on
its commitment to improve the quality of life in our communities,” said
Minister Lebel.
The organization will be granted financial assistance in the
form of a $119,500, non-repayable contributions.
Canadian Grants Business Center provides small and medium
businesses with government grants, loans, subsidies and financial assistance.
